Protein you sprinkle on food???

I am now a size 12, 167 lbs. I am 5' 9.5 ". I obtained my goal Thanksgiving 2007. I love the band and am very happy with my decision. My surgery date was September 25, 2006. At surgery: Size 20W, 244 lbs--Currently: Size 12, 173 lbs.--Goal: Size 12, 170 lbs.

I know you are trying to help but there are people that want to add more protein to the food there are already eating!!! as for myself I only have a 3 ounce stomach so when I eat I need to make sure that I have enough protein to make 80 grams a day minimum so that's why I add protein to my food so you might not want to be so harsh on people about adding protein!!!
