Liquid diet HMR

I DONT WANT TO SOUND LIKE i AM GIVING YOU A DOWNER BUT MY  MOTHER IN LAW WAS ON hmr FOR OVER 2 YEARS AND LOST NOTHING AT ALL

did someone forgot to tell her the shakes were to be taken INSTEAD of meals, not in additiion to meals..  just joking.. please dont be offended..

I don;'t understand how you can't lose weight it is only a 500 calorie diet which is what I usually eat for breakfast so I can't see me losing weight unless I cheat. 

I did HMR and it wasn't bad at all (after Day 3). I went to the classes, etc and lost 50 lbs. Kept it off and then got my lapband. Even now I will have one of their shakes when I need extra protein. Denise

i have been on a liquid hmr diet and did well and the weight came off evenly not from the head down like it commonly does on me. the shakes tasted good and went well in cup of coffee..

it even works better if you have 6 a day. never tried the meals and did not care for soup but the chocolate and vanilla shakes get a thumbs up for me. cant remembered what i lost but have hunted down the shakes to use with my surgery. i did regain the weight but never finished the diet because i was needed elsewhere and could not.

WOW you did great on this congrats.... How long did it take for 50 pounds to come off?  I have 6 weeks for 30 pounds to come off.  Hopefully I can lose that and more.  I am so ready for this band....  Thanks for writing you have just encouraged me to go on...
