I planned on running this am - but after 4 days off and a bit of snow on the ground I wussed out.  But if I can't get any exercise in this afternoon at lunch - I will do some weights and situps tonight.  Thanks for keeping me honest.

Well so far this morning , I have made it back& forth from the kitchen to renew my coffee cup and let the dogs out and in and fed them . and am now sitting  in front of my computer  and treadmill is right behind me   was thinking of turning it on and watching it run  for about 10 minutes  ...

Well, I'm a early riser and this morning I arose at 3:45AM and out the door by 4:15AM to head to the gym. Today was a good morning even after strength training last night (very sore). Anyway, I did speedwalking for 53 minutes at an incline of 15, speed at 3.8 to 4.0 and the Eliptical for 10 minutes. Calories Burned: 953
NB
S=283/G=180 ((-103 gone))

I do well to get up in the mornings!  Outlook for exercise is better tonight.

I am headed off to the mall to walk with my MIL.. and maybe do some window shopping.... as long as I can stay on my feet for 2 hours minimum - that is all I am looking for today!

I plan to go the gym tonite, and walk the treadmill for 30 minutes.. I have just started back exercising this week.
