Well so far this morning , I have made it back& forth from the kitchen to renew my coffee cup and let the dogs out and in and fed them . and am now sitting in front of my computer and treadmill is right behind me was thinking of turning it on and watching it run for about 10 minutes ...

Well, I'm a early riser and this morning I arose at 3:45AM and out the door by 4:15AM to head to the gym. Today was a good morning even after strength training last night (very sore).
Anyway, I did speedwalking for 53 minutes at an incline of 15, speed at 3.8 to 4.0 and the Eliptical for 10 minutes.
