Hi Everyone, I am celebrating my 5 year bandiversary today. I have lost 110 pounds and have kept it off 3 years. I was a yo-yo dieter forever. It is shocking that I have kept the weight off. The band is an awesome tool. Mona

I think you have been banded longer than anyone I know...Congratulations to you on a wonderful weight loss and proving it can be kept off. Would you mind sharing...have you had any problems with the band or port? What size band and how much fill do you have? I'm just curious if you don't mind answering. How often do you have to be tweaked now that you are at goal, or did you have some taken out?
