9 month Bandaversary

Saturday was my 9 month Bandaversary and 10 months since I began the pre-op diet. I have lost a total of 103-3/4 lbs. I started at 333 lbs. and am now at 229-1/4 lbs. I swear I would have never thought this was possible. Now that I see this is possible, I know I can finally lose all of my weight. It has slowed down a lot since the beginning but if I eat right and exercise, I am still losing. Nurse Practioner on Friday told me I am a "Band Success". I'm not finished yet though. I'm still keeping on. My next goal is to be under 200, which probably hasn't happened in 20 years. I KNOW I can succeed. I have the tool I need to do so. Lap-band is the best thing that was ever invented. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY BAND!!!!!

Way to go, Vicky. Congratulations!!! Your post was just what I needed. I am a newbie and struggling until I get my first fill. It so helpful to see a post like yours with the great success story.
