I went shopping today and last second picked up some popcorn chicken at the deli at Walmart...one went down fine...the second not so good.  I just made it to my car knowing that chicken was coming up again for a repeat performance and nothing in the car but the full cup of popcorn chicken..you guessed it....and that is where I did it....so much for that chicken.  I guess there was no way it was going down anyway..not sure what I did wrong.  I had coffee this morning and that was the first thing I had eaten...too darn little to take a big bite of those little things, but sure enough it didn't agree with me and I knew it the minute it hit my chest first. I shouldn't be allowed out by myself...I get in too much trouble. Aside from getting sick on the chicken I bought a new coat at another store that was on sale and it felt so good to buy a large...just a regular old large....and 2 new tops and a pair of 14 pants....I didn't need them, but there were on SALE and I couldn't say NO...I'm weak when it comes to shopping. So how was your day????? Dee

I had a doozy last night.  I walked by the pan of meatballs and popped one in my mouth...UGH.  Made it to the trashcan and heaved!

Ahhh Bridge, that little bear made me smile.  Darn, when am I going to learn not to pop things in my mouth without thinking.  I wish they had banded my brain along with my tummy. Luv ya, Dee

I think because they say popcorn chicken we think it is little pieces and we get into trouble. I did the same thing I can't handle chicken to well at all.

I've eaten some chicken strips dipped in sweet and sour sauce and did OK, but I think you are right...these little bits were too tiny that it took nothing to pop in two of them...and bam....I paid the price.  Live and learn.... Dee

I do fine with Chik Fil A chicken nuggets ... they're moist.

According to Cesar Milan (the Dog Whisperer), and I'm NOT implying that you're a dog, a dog can learn new things at ANY age!  So the saying, "You can't teach an old dog new tricks" is simply NOT true...so yeah, WE CAN learn!  lol  Just takes time, sweets!  Lots of time.

So you really think you can teach an old dog new tricks???  Well, I seem to be the exception, because I've had a long time to learn Bridge and I'm not doing one bit better.  I think I need rapped upside the head with a 2 x 4. :) Dee
