hi beth, your birthday is 3 days before mine.... the pain is finally lessening. i will be going to a pain managment doctor in feb. for lidocaine injections into my abdominal nerve/nerves . then go from there... i still have not been in my bed for 9 weeks, as i still cannot get up from a lying down position. i have to be very careful about how i move. that said, however, i am encouraged. thanks for asking... hugs, sally
