I probably was on.....and I know I had b-day e-mails coming to me. But any morning posts for me are always in a fog 
....I keep telling my hubby the day doesn't start until noon. Before that my brain is still sleeping.
Went out with a friend yesterday and told her I am about to hit my 100 lb marker and she just looked at me in disbelief.......she said how can a person lose that much in less than a year? I still have no clue how it has happened; I just know that I am gratefull everyday for my band and Dr. Pohl.
