I think it is always best to have a family member with you, it will help them understand the process and to learn this surgery is not as bad as some in the media try to make it out to be.

I am sending positive thoughts. This surgery has been wonderful for me. I started at my highest weight being 251 pounds and I no weigh 128. I just can't believe the difference. Good luck to you!!
