Topic: Update on my BCBS of Alabama predetermination

Hey everyone, I am so relieved, I think. I just talked to Susie at Dr. Sherer's office. The letter dated 9/7/2005 from BCBS is based on my appeal of my first denial..not my recent visit on 9/1/2005 for reevaluation and submission of my 6 month diet. Susie said that BCBS does not have my new information yet, so she is faxing it to them. I feel a little better. I was so upset Wednesday to think I have done everything that they asked me to do, everything. I want my health back. Now I just have to wait on a determination with the new information and 6 month physician supervised diet proof. Please everyone keep me in your thoughts and prayers as I wait for approval. Happy Friday Girls!! What's everybody doing this weekend?? I'm getting my hair cut at 5:30 today
