Topic: New Tattoo
Hi Guys,
My hubby is a member of a motorcycle club where we work. Last night the group went to Panama City to eat dinner. After dinner, Jerry and I rode along the beach. As we were turning to get on the strip, I told him that if his friend was at his tattoo shop I wanted to stop and get a tattoo. I was serious, but I didn't think he'd take me seriously! He did and pulled over when we got to the shop. I got a lady bug put on my ankle. It's somewhat of a good luck charm for me. There's just something about ladybugs. I knew that I was going to be able to buy my home when I walked in the house one day and it had swarms of ladybugs in it. Anyway, to make a long story short, I'm a needlephobe, but went ahead and got it anyway. After 10 minutes of screaming it was done. I'm planning on adding to it. I've always wanted a circle of flowers around my ankle and I'm going to extend it to the ladybug. IF I ever get brave enough to do it.
Enough about me, I'm leaving for the night to get back to my FHP paperwork. 3 pages down, oh, about 20 to go

Mine was at 5:30am, too. It IS early, and I was late by 30 min. Go figure (If you know me you'll know I'm always late!)

Your reply put a big smile on my face! I wish I could be there for you while you are having surgery and recuperating. What a miracle for you. I've been praying for it all along. Maybe with the blessings that are being bestowed, my dream will become a REALITY!

Oh, by the way, I am to be at the hospital at 5:30am in the morning. Mine is the first one. Dang, that's early!

Topic: One More Week!
I can't believe it's this close!
I went to Birmingham today for my pre-op stuff, then Debbie, her husband and I went to dinner. I had such a good time! I haven't seen Debbie in over a year. We email all the time, but I haven't seen her. We can go years without seeing each other and then when we get together it's just like we're still in grammar school.
They were asking me who was going to be with me and I told them, pointing at her. They asked me if she was my sister or my friend. I told them, "Both!" I said, "We're sisters; we just have different parents."
Anyway, it was fun and we were giggling just like we were kids and the girl was laughing at us. It was fun.
I have been smiling so much lately! It's a weird feeling, but it's so nice. I could get used to this.

With the way things are going on this board lately, new jobs, etc., you are going to do wonderfully!
I mean, geez, I got approved for surgery! Miracles DO happen and you are prepared for it and it's your dream!

Wow! Everything is happening on this board lately! Good vibes are starting to pay off!
I think you should call in sick too! Tell them you have anal glaucoma. What is anal glaucoma, you ask? Tell them you can't SEE your ASS coming to work today!
