Not only do I have depression, now I have been diagnosed with Chronice Fatigue. I can't sleep. If I do go to bed I end up only sleeping about 3 hours total during the night. I was taking benedryl every night, but my husband was really worried about that and told my doctor I was taking and she told me not to cause it could make you gain weight. She gave some Lunesta and it did not work last night. I had to be at work at 4:30 am this morning and I went to bed around 10:30 and was up every hour on the hour. I think I might try taking 2 of them tonight. I am so tired right now, but I can't sleep. I am trying to get out of closing at work because it just messes me up even more. We will see. Ya'll take care and remember I love ya!! Linda PS--Funny thing is yesterday when I went to the doctor I had lost 2 more pounds. I am now down to 125. So much for gaining and I had been taking the benedryl for months.

Am I going to be able to take my vitamins the first week out or will I be completely on liquids? I have my chewable vitamins bought, but I am trying desperately to cut back on all the stuff I have to take with me and anything I can leave behind, the better... Since I will be staying with my friends, I will have to take clothing for a week, even though I imagine I will be in my nightgowns mostly, but I have to have an outfit to wear down there tomorrow, an outfit to wear to the hospital, an outfit to wear back home, my stupid CPAP machine (which I cannot sleep with no matter what, but they insist that I HAVE to bring it,) toiletries, clear liquids and my lovely magnesium citrate for tomorrow and a cooler to carry that in, a camera and film (even though I know I will cringe at me with no makeup on,) geez, the list is getting longer and longer and longer. SO, will I be taking my vitamins the first week or not? Dang, I still haven't gotten any Biotin. I should have been taking that by now. I am losing my mind since I can't take Excedrin. I have a headache from hell. I have this stuff called HEAD ON that is a thing you roll on your forehead to stop migraines, but it's not working! It's like a little roll on deodorant looking thing that you roll on your head and it's supposed to help, but it's not. I never realized how hard it would be to do without aspirin! I thought I was totally through with all my farewell meals, but yesterday I decided I wanted a farewell Burrito Supreme, just one more with all that yummy sour cream. My last Burrito Supreme. I went through the drive through and then when I got home I had a SOFT TACO WITHOUT SOUR CREAM. Man, was I totally ticked! Oh well. In the scheme of things, that's not that big a deal, but it was my last burrito supreme! Dang it all! Oh well, I am off to try to get some more packing done. I have lists after lists after lists, but I'm still scared of forgetting something. Anyway, I will try to post again in the morning, but if I don't, I will be leaving in the morning to go down there and do my magnesium citrate festival, then Thursday morning, Dr. Stahl and I have a very important rendesvous! So ya'll send the good thoughts my way and I will be talking to you, if not in the morning, then from the losing side! Me! I still just can't believe it. Love you all, Joni

I have to see my surgeon on Thursday so I cant come. I would love to change the appt but I wont have insurance until I start my new job, so I have to make this 6 month appointment. Im planning on coming Friday, but just stick it in the mail. Thanks! Sandy
