Thanks for sharing!! I can never eat popcorn again! . I have diverticulitis and my surgeon has said never to have popcorn, anything with seeds and no nuts! Right now, I am too afraid of screwing up to challenge his authority. I listen carefully, and sit n pout like a good girl. What are some suggestions of GOOD carbs? I hear this good n bad carb stuff, then I hear we need carbs, but no one ever says how many a day we NEED and what kinds of carbs are good ones? I think I need some menu plans , that would help me alot. Im doing good on the caffeine. I do still have my cup of real coffee every morning but no more than 1 cup. The rest of the day is plain spring water or propel, usually a mixture with a mango Minute Maid Lite in the evening. I love that stuff. Glad you have AC. You are welcome to mine. I FREEZE to death since surgury. I never use to be cold, now I come in turning off the AC. If my daughter gets up complaining then I have to switch to my hooded sweatshirt jacket & gloves, I kid you not! I often sleep in em. Did Susan Lucci EVER win a soap opera award? I remember all the controversy but I dont remember if she ever won one. I haven****ched a soap opera since Luke & Laura got married on General Hospital. Guiding Light, Young & The Restless, The Bold & The Beautiful used to be my shows! Get some rest. I am starting day 3 tomorrow of my 7 day stretch. I have 3 admissions tomorrow, I will need all my rest! I am checking in but between having to watch Cayden in the mornings, housework and getting ready for work, this week so far has turned out to be busy and hectic. Is Brookwood where you are having your surgury?.. I want to move up that way now, but I cant leave my daughter until she is either married or financially stable, which looks like marriage is my only answer. .. Im checking into the one here that Llyod Noland is hiring for, for right now and will see how it goes. Cross your fingers, rub Buddahs belly, chant, like candles, pray, I do not care, I just hope I can get a better job!
