How exciting that your niece gets to go to Ireland! I've never been but a friend of mine married a guy from there and went there for the honeymoon and the pictures were amazing!! She brought me back the prettiest lace.
Tomorrow is SO's bday, so I will be busy with that this weekend and getting together with some friends. If the sun ever comes back out maybe some swimming/tanning. I can't believe it's almost the middle of June and I barely have tan lines!!

go to the food network website and search under Gale Gand's recipes. She does the "Sweet Dreams" segments, or did when I watched Food Network and I watched her make some cookies silimar to this, may not be the same but she does make make some sinfully delicious stuff!

Hey all! Tomorrow is my SO's birthday and I threw out the recipe for these chocolate cookies that have a cream cheese filling (how sinful does that sound 
)......Help!! any chefs out there have any ideas?? I cut it out of a magazine years ago and when I was pissed off over not being able to eat anymore after surgery (so I thought 
), I threw it out and can't remember what magazine it came from.......I've searched all morning for a similar recipe but cant find anything!!!! All I've heard for a week is about those damn cookies and I REALLY need to save face here (since I was sick on our anniversary Tuesday

The cookie part is chocolate with chocolate chunks and you make them really big (like oatmeal cream cakes 
) spread a cream cheese mixture and put 2 of them together to make a "sandwhich".......Please ......I promise I wont eat them 
but really want to surprise my Sweetie (who is depressed over getting older

Hey Kim! Yeah, I'm glad that its Friday too! I don't have a lot planned...I'm going down to Anniston tomorrow for a family reuinion, and then on Sunday my folks are having a get together for my neice who leaves for a summer internship in Ireland on Monday. I'm going to be lazy some and maybe do some canoeing or swimming with neices and nephews!
What about you? What are you planning for the weekend?
