Topic: Girls night still on Friday...RSVPs needed!
Hey everybody! Sorry I haven't posted in a couple of days...I'm out of town but will be returning to Huntsville today. Yes, we are still doing the girls night on Friday night at my place in Huntsville. Please let me know if you are planning to come and if you'd rather grill or just potluck! I'm thinking of making my famous chicken pesto fettucini with stir fried veggies...what do y'all think? Plan to come on out and have a good time...whether its for 2 hours or 12! Becky

I can relate too and I am just 2 months out! I am sick of eating, sick of deciding what Im gonna eat, so Im just not planning meals any longer. I grab a South Beach wrap kit or frozen dinner, on my way to work, mornings are coffee, fruit and maybe cereal if I want it which is rare, I never ate lunch so I grab a protein shake at lunch and I have another in between lunch and supper. I try to always think protein and feel guilty if I dont so I supplement with alot of shakes but Im so sick of eating I could scream. My daughter is now using ground turkey instead of ground beef and is more aware of healthier foods so I just grab whatever she has cooked for the day if I get hungry. Let me tell ya, Quesidillas made with ground turkey with taco seasoning, red and green bell peppers, topped with low fat cheese and low fat sour cream, makes one fantastic taco salad (I dont eat Quesidillas like she does) with a handful of Tostitos Scoops! Ground turkey is higher in protein too. NOTHING really looks appealing to me anymore. Fruit does! I cant live off just fresh fruit. I have no trouble with fluids and water, just food. I dont want it but I force myself to eat to stay healthy. My stage has lasted about a month now, this is the first time it has happened so I dont know yet if it is here to stay or will improve over time. Love, Sandy

My reply: Forum creator having moderator privileges Banning privileges Invite privileges "Private" forum privileges (to keep some from "lurking") Moderators from other forums not having access to moderate "own" forums Also would love to see a feature where a poster of ANY forum can "edit" or "remove" their OWN messages. Would love to see a "squelch" function to completely "ignore" some users (where their posts do not show up at all). Would love to see a "3 strike" rule implemented - meaning, for example, if 30% of the board hits the "trouble" button that the person who is creating "trouble" is "censored" until their posts are approved. If after a period of time the "moderation" is removed - and the poster returns to poor behavior that the third 30% vote excuses them from that particular forum. Would love to see OH flag IP addresses to eliminate users from creating multiple fictitious accounts. Would love to see the "rules" enforced consistently across the boards (ALL of the rules). I.e., "NO personal attacks," "NO 'religious' discussions, PLEASE!" and most of all - "Repeat offenders may be reported to their ISP and/or banned from this site." That is to name a few....
