Hi all! I don't know if any of you ever attend support group meetings at Medical Center East in Birmingham, but this Saturday they are having a guest speaker who is a psychologist who has had WLS. I am planning to go and would love for any of you to meet me there! I think it will be interesting to hear what she has to say. The meeting starts at 3:00 and we will probably be there about 2:30. Hey Sandy! I hope you did have sweet dreams. I have been battling insomnia for several years now. I have tried everything from sleepy time tea to Valium and still only manage to maybe get in 4 - 5 hours (if I'm lucky)....The latest thing my PCP gave me is Lunesta and I've only taken it one time because for 5 pills I paid $25 It is absurd how expensive drugs are!! I LOVE butter pecan ice cream and buy the Eady's sugar free and it is sooo yummy I'll have to look for the BB popsicles hugs, kim

OK, My internet has been really screwey the past week or so but the cable guy was out yesterday and will be back today (did i mention he was HOT) to rework our connections. I am using dial up right now and it is faster than my cable connection is right now... go figure! Dylan is back with us for the time being. Layla is also here and we are still hoping for them to move in with us. (FYI Layla is my step-daughter & Dylan is our grandson that we had the better part of 8 weeks now). Lindy & I are going to see Gisela Friday night and we are getting so psyched up about it! I can't wait!!!! We are going to stay with her Friday night and we are all going to Slocomb's Tomato Festival Saturday to see Brad Cotter who won Nashville Star last year and is from Opelika. We met some really great people at the last concert we went to and they will all be there Saturday so we are excited to see them as well. *HIJACK* Hey Becky!!! I sure wish that Lindy & I could make it to your house Friday night but we will be going to Gisellena's Friday night in Florida!!!!! We are so excited!!! We will be going to see Brad Cotter (last year's nashville star winner from Opelika) Saturday in the big metropolitan area of Slocomb Alabama at their Tomato Festival.
