Topic: Going for cat scan tonight
I got into Dr. Fernandez's office today. I am on part time at wor****il at least July 18. He is sending me for a cat scan tonight just to make sure there is nothing he missed. He thinks it is just taking me longer to heal. Don't know why....But maybe he is right. Just wanted to let everyone know.
I have to be at Crestwood at 5:30 to register then the procedure is not until 7:30. Why I have to wait around for 2 hours is beyond me?????.....

Doesnt that just **** you off! You are one hot tamale, but I bet you were one even at 270 pounds too. Men are so stupid they do not see the real beauty in women unless you are a size 6, even then they dont see the REAL YOU, just the physcial aspect of YOU. I have never had a problem getting men's attention, even being large. When I was pregnant with my son (25 yrs ago), I had a jerk ( old BF) ask me out. Mind you I was also happily married at that time. I called him a deranged pervert and have never spoken to him since. I was with him before I met my husband, he didnt want commitment so it was his loss. Ive never been "normal" so I probably wont know if I ever get to "normal"...LOL

You really should not be surprised, most men are shallow. Just pat yourself on the back and say to yourself, "You've come a long way, baby," and enjoy the attention. Men miss out on a lot of great women because they are so focused on looks. As for feeling 'normal', you are a lot better than normal. 
As for Joni . . . Yes, Joni, I do remember you slim. I have always thought you were drop-dead-gorgeous. I hurt with you now because I know you are hurting mentally and physically and also I do not want anything to happen to you. You are still beautiful, funny, talented and a great friend to have. However, you have always sold yourself short. Even when guys were drooling over you, you did not realize how pretty you were.
