funny girl... I am eating alot of asian/chinese stuff now. I think I have egg drop soup at least 3x a week now. I finally found a restaurant here that makes it taste so good, all the others around here suck compared to them. Im now ordering "Dragon and Phoenix" which has the Moo Goo Gui Pan sauce, only with chicken and shrimp. I get it without snow peas, and I end up with more chicken and shrimp that way and more protein. Ive made the foil dinner but never with vidalia onions. I bet they would be GOOD! I will try it with ground turkey and spray the foil with Pam, since turkey doesnt have all the fat ground beef has. I always added a little celery salt on top. It just gives them alot more flavor.
