Hey Kim! You know, I've decided that every so often we NEED to be lazy. We stay so busy that we need some down time where we don't really do anything. I've been reading a book on beating stress, and I've picked up some pointers that I will definitely be using when school gets started back. Hope you guys have a great weekend! Becky

Just in time for the 4th! This is the basic recipe I found on the main board a few months ago. I plan to experiment with this one and add fresh fruit or flavor with DaVinci syrups or just add some SF pudding mixes and see what happens, shoot you could even add some crushed SF "oreo" type chocolate sandwich cookies for a homemade cookies n cream that is SF! Enjoy Sugar Free Homemade Ice-Cream This is for a 4 quart ice cream maker: 6 eggs 2 cups Splenda® 2 heaping Tbsp. flour 1 shake of the salt shaker Beat all the ingredients with mixer until it looks like a cake batter, and then add: 2 cans evaporated milk 2 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring ( I only use PURE vanilla) Mix well and pour into ice cream canister then fill to just below fill line with Sweet milk ( or carb countdown milk).

Ginger Snap Cheese Cake 1 box Murray S/F Ginger Snap Cookies 2 sm boxes Jello Cheese Cake pudding(sugar free) 2 cups Milk (CarbCountdown works wonderful and is added protein) 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 block 1/3 less fat Cream Cheese (neufatchel cheese) 8 oz Cool Whip Free Line small square glass pan with cookies. Mix pudding, milk, vanilla, and cream cheese well - add 8 oz cool whip - mix again. Pour over cookies. Crumble remaining cookies and toss on top - refrigerate 4 hours or overnite. Im hitting one store I haven't checked before work to try to find these cookies, if not, I will just have to wing it with the regular ones and hope for the best

FB, Sorry the trip to Canada didn't work out...but relaxing around the house always sounds good, especially if you don't get to do it much. Since you're also in the area, maybe a group of us can get together from time to time if you're interested. Renee and I had a great time on girls night...even though it was just the two of us! Becky

I paid cash for my last car and I have been driving it for the last 11 years. Nissan Pathfinder. Only $3,000.00, and it has been a GOOD car, the best one I have ever owned, even beating out brand new ones I had previously paid thousands for! Id love a newer one, but I dunno if I can find one, I can afford. I hope to find another deal as good as this one. I have almost 350,000 miles on it and the motor is still in good shape, its just the body is shot and front end has about had it. I can't handle car payments. I have to find a good deal on a used one, so Im searching high and low. The ONLY car I would consider making payments on is a little Mazda Convertible I found. It is baby blue, and a 2 seater so I cant haul grandchildren around and I think I need a sportscar to get me through my mid life crisis besides it would be great on gas! I just need to run it through the car wash first to make sure it doesn't leak. Its a good deal but Im cautious when these "too good too be true" deals come by. I have my eye on a Saturn too, so common sense may overide foolishness, time will tell...LOL Love Ya! Sandy

I will miss you!! .... I need a new car myself but keep putting it off because mine is almost paid for and i would LOVE to not have a car payment for a while....and we are wanting to do some remodelling/additions to the house and it sure would make it easier to pay for without the car payment.....but as far as I drive everyday I really do need a bigger vehicle.....but I would much rather have a garden tub Dont work too hard! I'll be thinking of you! Kim

Made ya look...neener.....neener... This may be my last post until Saturday. I am working 16 hours tonight, will get off at 7 in the morning where I will probably just crash in the bed and sleep all day. I hate it, but its going into my car fund, so I can get a better car, to travel the backroads of AL safely, and sneak into see all you guys. Its the end of the month so all I will be doing are medication records for the month of July, which hopefully will be easy overtime. Just letting ya know in case I dont feel up to getting online for a day or so.. Love Ya's! Sandy

Hey Kim! Yeah, I found Maplesville about 6 years ago .... Doing family research. My Dad's side of the family is from there, and I really need to go visit the cemetaries and see if I can find my ancestors (Ingram's and Ellis's). I love doing this kind of stuff. I found my husband's great great grandparents lived 2 houses down from my great great grandparents in the 1800's in Bibb County. That was just toooooo unreal. Im sure they knew each other and might have been friends for all we know. Have a HAPPY 4th girl! Love Ya! Sandy
