Hi! Nice to hear from you. I'm sorry you're still feeling bad. Headaches are awful. I've been wondering what I am going to do about them after surgery since Excedrin is on the no-no list. I love Excedrin. I've been wondering why they don't make Excedrin as hard to get as Vicodin or Percoset because....well, it works. Normally if a drug actually works, they make it where you can't get it. Anyway, that's my plug for Excedrin today. I don't work for the company or get any compensation from them, but I guess I do support them in a way. I hope to get to see you again someday too! You went and left Decatur so I can't come see you when I go to my doctors. But someday! Love you, Joni

You have your potion right there...half a glass of wine every night! Do you like prunes? 5 prunes have 12 grams of sugar, so 2 in the morning, 2 at night and one for a snack shouldn't be too much sugar. Shaklee has a good product called HerbLax. FiberCon is pretty good too. There's something they've been advertising on TV lately that's a tiny little pill....Benefiber, maybe? Coffee works for me. Maybe it's the color... Best of luck to you. Sorry guys.....but I gotta ask.....does anybody else suffer from cronic constipation? I have always had this problem but it is only worse since surgery. I take 2 stool softeners every day.....drink water, eat fruit, take flax, eat fiber ..... and still end up having to take PRESCRIPTION laxative at least once a week. BUT, I can drink a half a glass of wine and PRESTO.....there I am in the bathroom.

What are your remedies? Sorry to be so personal.....but I am mixing up my weekly laxative ****tail (wondering if I should pour that glass of wine first

).....dreading the after affects and wondered if any of you had a miracle potion?? Hope everyone has a great night

I have been reading everyone's post. I am so sorry about your daughter Beth. I am glad she is ok. I don't have any plans for the 4th. I have to work and so does my husband. We won't be together until about 8:30pm. I miss ya Theresa. I miss everyone. I hate feeling bad. I do feel better though. For the past 3 days I have had an aweful headache. And I have been nauseated (SP??). Today I finally vomitted. But my headache is still there. I have to be at work at 4:30 in the morning. I have prayed and prayed that God just heal me. I know he will in time. Frank wanted to take me to the doctor today because of my headaches and I told him I was tired of seeing doctors. I think the headache will go away. I just wanted to say hi to everyone. I miss ya'll!!! Sandi I copied your ice cream recipe. I hope to get to make soon. Lindy and Dixie--Brad is a knockout! Glad she is okay -- and man I really need to step out of my "profession" because of all of the legal implications that ran through my head immediately as I read your message!! I hope your nerves have settled some -- I'm sure you've been on pins and needles -- after all, she is your baby!
