I had the same fears as you when I was going through the process. The best thing to do is call a rep and ask if they are implenting any changes regarding this and if so, when will they go into effect. BCBS of AL would be crazy NOT to approve this surgery ( or any insurance company for that matter!) It will save them much more in the long run, if they stopped to think about it. I have not heard any rumors of this myself, so it may very well be just that... a rumor!

Someone posted on the BB today that BCBS of AL is going to change their requirements again and put everyone on hold. I cannot take it anymore. If they do this again I don't know how I am going to take it. I don't think I can hold up with this weight and trying to work on my feet anymore. I am very down..I hope this isn't true. Please, Please don't let this be happening to me again. I absolutely cannot take it again. I want my dang health back...this is my last hope. I need this surgery for my health.

Hey guys! Just wanted to let you know that I would be out of pocket for a few days. Mike had oral surgery this morning so he's been puny all day...I haven't had hardly any opportunities to get online. Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Hey guys! I would love to come! We could either meet somewhere and do it, or if it could wait a couple of weeks and it wasn't a huge gathering, we could have it here at the house. Mike goes to CO around the 18th I think. I know you're trying to catch someone before she leaves...so if it won't work later because of that...its no big deal. I just wanted to make the offer.
