got my B-12 shot today..

It wasn't bad at all. My arm was sore for a little while, but nothing serious. I have to go every week to get a shot. I know some people give it to themselves or have someone else give it them. Can I do that? I mean will have to go to the doctor every week now? Well I just saw the nurse today. Anyway, I just wanted to let you all know. Thank you for all the replies. They really helped me. My surgeon said I could give them to myself or have someone else do it. If you could stick yourself, and they gave you some patient education on it, I dont see why you couldnt do it yourself.
