Granted the "Big Montanna" is really high in protein but alot of fat and calories and sodium. Roasted chicken sandwich has 40g protein and only 260 calories. Im working on a cheddar melt at the moment but I eat it open faced and toss the bread, still not a bad protein source.
You never watched Seinfeld?! How did you survive? I just discovered it in the past year when I got cable. I used to work so many hours I never had cable, so I've got to watch it all at once in reruns.
What happened was...there was a yogurt shop or something that was selling low-fat frozen yogurt and everyone was just in love with it because it was so GOOD and it was low-fat but even Mayor Guilliani (sp.) was gaining weight. Come to find out, the shop was just ADVERTISING it as being low-fat and it was not. I can't remember the whole story, but it was, as always, pretty funny. I think I've seen most of the episodes by now, but every now and then I will see one I've never seen before and I will be so happy. I love that show!
I ALWAYS worked evenings when prime time television was on so I never watch TV, unless Im off from work.
That reminds me of my WLS co worker. She went to cold stone creamery on our lunch break and thought she was getting a sf ff version of their ice cream. I only had a few bites and did okay, she ate the small cup and sicker than a dog. She blames them for putting in the full fat version instead, but I can tolerate sugar alcohols and unfortunately sugar up to 12 grams and she can't. Who knows it could be that but one thing is for sure, she never wants ice cream again.
