Not Ignoring You!
Hi everyone! Just wanted to check in and let you all know I haven't forgotten anyone. Just been busy with family stuff. My dad hasn't been feeling well and I've been spending some time taking him to the doctor, running errands for them, etc. Since my energy level is so low to begin with, my computer time has been practically zero.
Anyone who feels like sending good thoughts to my dad, they would be very welcome. He had some bloodwork done today, an EKG, etc. His pacemaker isn't firing quite like it should, so she faxed the EKG results to his cardiologist, so we will see if he needs to have it taken care of or if the results were within normal range. I'm hoping we get the results from the blood tests too. And that they're good.
I need to get some blood work done myself since I am STILL on my period. This has been going on for months now. I am going to try to go to the PCP Wednesday while I'm in Decatur, but if something needs to be done with Daddy, my problems will have to wait because he is the priority right now.
Well, I'm off to try to get some rest because I never know what each day is going to bring here lately. Of course, it's almost 3am, so I should've had this thought much earlier tonight. I can't sleep when I need to and when I don't want to sleep, I can't stay awake. But at least I'm more comfortable while I'm not sleeping since I have my new mattress set.
I am reading most of the posts, so I'm keeping up even if I'm not responding to everything.
I love you guys and hopefully will be able to be more chatty in the future,
Joni
Joni,
I will be thinking of you and your dad and send good thoughts your way. Please keep us posted as you feel like. We worry about you. I'm so glad you are sleeping well on your new mattress. Now we just need to hear from your insurance company. I will complete my 6 month physician supervised diet on August 18th and then I go see my PCP on the 30th of August..after that I will resubmit my paperwork to my insurance company. Maybe you will get to have your surgery and then shortly after I will get to have mine. I sure hope so.
Luv ya girl,
Beth
