Yes, you read it right!!! As of this morning my BMI is 24.9!! I am no longer overweight! I am NORMAL!!!! Gail

It feels great! I was hoping I would make it here by my one year anniversary, and I did! I still got 7 more days to lose more by then! Gail

That's terrific! Where do you find the scale that tells what you are? I know I'm probably something like "super, extra, morbidly, gigantically, obese to the extreme," but have wondered what the numbers are as you go down.... I would love for my body to someday be normal, but I don't think my mind will ever make it. Luckily, there's not a BMI for one's mind or I would be tipping the scales on that one too. Love, Joni
