Off to work shortly but will leave you guys with a positive and uplifting Navajo Chant that always seems to calm a hectic day. I hope you all walk in peace and happiness abundantly! Love, Sandy Happily may I walk. Happily, with abundant dark clouds, may I walk. Happily, with abundant showers, may I walk. Happily, with abundant plants, may I walk. Happily, on a trail of pollen, may I walk. Happily may I walk. Being as it used to be long ago, may I walk. -From an actual Navajo ceremony When you are nervous, disoriented, or emotionally fragile, chanting or reciting a mantra inspiringly can change the state of your mind completely, by transforming its energy and atmosphere. --Sogyal Rinpoche, Tibetan Lama

I've noticed chanting does work for me at times... i.e., on particularly rough days at work I chant "Daniel, I'm going to kill you if you don't leave me alone!" repeatedly -- amazingly, he leaves me alone!

That is more my style of "chanting" too, I tend to scream when I "chant" mostly at work, but it works, it suddenly gets very quiet... LOL
