I DID IT!

I joined a gym! This is the first step in starting to take care of me for a change. I've always done everything else...for everyone else. I have decided its time to start doing things for myself. I'm going to start off slow and gradually increase things. If anyone works out at Riviera in Madison on Hwy 72...let me know when you work out...or, if you're looking for somewhere to work out...come and join me...we can do it together! Becky

Congrats to you Becky! I'm so very proud of you. I wish I were closer so that I could work out with you......I am in serious need of some toning and would love to get started before I start plastics in 6 months or so. Good luck to you Kim
