Not doing well
Hey everyone. I am at work tonight and I don't know how I've made it. My right bottom of my foot is so numb and hurts so bad to walk on. It is hurting all the way up through my calve. I am going to have to call the doc when I get home. I am also having shortness of breath again with some left side tightness and pain. I am tired of not feeling well. HELP>>>>>
Beth
Hang in there, Beth. I am having the shortness of breath also. At times I sound like an obscene phone call. And I ache all the time. I have concluded that if it is hurting, it still works. If it does not hurt, it is because it does not work. Just focus on how good it will be when you have the WLS.

Hope you have found the problem by now, Beth. I get these kinds of pains in my feet but mine is related to walking too much while at work, on those hard concrete floors. I think I have bone spurs. That might be one problem, hospital floors are hard on our legs and feet and I remember back in the old days when they used to do alot of vein strippings, the conditions were attributed to being on your feet too long on hard surfaces. I dont know if that was true but it sure was an ugly site pre op.
Feel better soon!
Love,
Sandy
