Sweet Dreams!
Hey Sandy! I hope you did have sweet dreams. I have been battling insomnia for several years now. I have tried everything from sleepy time tea to Valium and still only manage to maybe get in 4 - 5 hours (if I'm lucky)....The latest thing my PCP gave me is Lunesta and I've only taken it one time because for 5 pills I paid $25 It is absurd how expensive drugs are!!
I LOVE butter pecan ice cream and buy the Eady's sugar free and it is sooo yummy I'll have to look for the BB popsicles
hugs,
kim
Morning Kim,
I slept okay, could have slept longer IF my daughter was quieter, geeesh Im looking forward to them moving out, at the end of the month. I can get my bigger room back to myself, the house and maybe sleep without interruption.
Im looking for a new pcp, my current one is anti pill anything, very anti WLS, swimming and getting out of the house will cure my depression according to him. I havent figured out that one yet. He is young, just starting his practice and of course in very good shape health wise, he probably swims everyday . I was lucky to get my referral before my old one left town. Ive heard Lunesta is some good stuff! If it is that expensive I already know my payment with my insurance is gonna be 50.00 for a script. Thats the magical number BCBS came up with in their prescription plan which used to be only 20 bucks. I had to have WLS because I couldnt afford the 400 a month in prescription bills for co morbidities! Thats a whole nudder topic tho. You and Pam be careful on the road this weekend, we will be thinking of ya's in spirit!
Love,
Sandy
If you are willing to drive to BHAM, I have the BEST PCP. He is young, but very thorough and VERY sympathetic to US. Two of my friends that are doing their 6 month diet are seeing him....and they love him! He's not too bad to loook at either Let me know if you want his info and I will forward it to you.
woooooooo hoooooooo I dont care how bad he is too look at if he is single send the info . I may have my divorce by the end of the summer and I told em at work tonight, if I ever marry again it will be for $$$, 25 years for love didnt work out too well. I will have to have monetary compensation for putting up with men's crap and if he was a doctor, I would wait at the alter and let my daughter walk him down the aisle!
Love,
Sandy
