I want some, and I want to come swimming but I got too much to finish around here but before all is said and done this summer I am coming up for a pool party!!! I found this recipe the other day, as soon as I can have a drink, Im gonna try this one. Margarita Fizz 1 shot tequila shot lime juice 1 1/2 tsp. Splenda 8 oz unsweetened orange flavored sparkling water Put the tequila, lime juice, and Splenda in the bottom of a tall glass and stir, fill with crushed ice, pour in sparkling water to fill. Nutritional information per serving: 4 carbs, trace of fiber, trace of protein, 76 calories. Im sure you can make a much better one! I also found some recipes that say to use Crystal Light as a mixer since all hard liquers such as whiskey, vodka, rum, gin and tequila are all CARB FREE SeaBreeze shot of gin mixed in Crystal Light Pink Grapefruit, fill with crushed ice. I havent tried the Crystal Light Pink Grapefruit so I have no idea how this would taste, Im sure you could substitute a shot of vodka or rum if you dont like gin. I havent had a drink in over a year now, Im sure the smell alone would knock me to my knees

Hi Kim! I thought I would drop by and see how everyone is doing! I have been busy today! I got up early this morning and has some quality time to myself before Dakota and Dale got up. Then I was at the Y for a 9 am water aerobics class! Ouch, it kicked my a$$!! I really didn't think it was going to be so tough, but boy was I mistaken! I can feel every muscle in my back this evening! I hope you guys had a great time swimming this afternoon. It was a beautiful day here in Montgomery! We even had a light shower this afternoon. I love gaucamole as well! I eat it on salads often! Gail P.S. I don't know if any of you guys do flax seed or not, but I have an extra bag of it that I won't be using. I just can't do the stuff. If anyone here wants it, it is unopened, just let me know. The first person who says they want it can have it! Just send me your address. I bought 2 things of it at GNC (stupid sale) and opened one and tried it. It is Cold-Milled Flax Seeds, GNC Natural Brand.
