For all sad words of tongue and pen, the saddest are those 'It might have been.' John Greenleaf Whittier I thought this one was quite fitting. For those of us who are still fighting to have WLS. We aren't going to be sad, we are going to be happy and we are going to win the fight. Love yall, Beth

How very true Beth! You keep up the fight!! It is so worth it in the end. I have no doubt in my mind that WLS is the best decision I ever made for myself. You will get there too! Hugs, Kim

ABSOLUTELY!!! Trust me, I was preparing my appeal before my paperwork even went to BCBS. I was fully expecting to be denied. I do think as long as you do not give up and fight, they are just testing you to see how far you are willing to take it. Take it to the supreme cout if you have too! Love, Sandy

Thanks for sharing it! It's not particularly my job to do a quote. Anyone else who sees one to share can do the quote of the day. Or if we have 3-4 or 5! I'm looking forward to the WLS, but it does seem hard to believe it will ever happen. Love, Joni

Joni, YOU ARE going to win. You are going to get your surgery soon. I WILL be coming to see you and I PROMISE that if you need anything I WILL do my best to take care of it while you are there in the hospital. So look up....it's going to happen for you soon. When does the M.D. resubmit your paperwork? Aren't you close to your 6 mo diet ending? Beth
