The Not So Secret Pal...

Ok, sweets, let me give you all an example of what I want you to send me for the not-so-secret pal list... I want your name, address, email, birthdate, wedding anniversary, if any, WLS anniversary if you're lucky enough to have already had it, likes, dislikes, anything that will give everyone an idea of what you might like when we're out shopping or at yard sales, etc. So, for mine, for example, I would have: My name, my address, my email, birthdate 9/4/60, Likes: Collect seashells and pretty stones, foreign coins, natural stuff, I'm in a quilting guild and love quilts and anything related to quilts and interesting fabric, I collect good luck charms and other sort of weird stuff related to that, love cards like affirmation cards and tarot cards, anything to do with fortune telling, feng shui, Buddhism, Wicca, Paganism. Halloween is my favorite holiday. I like little mice, but not real ones. My favorite TV shows are ALL MY CHILDREN and Crafters Coast to Coast (on HGTV.) My favorite colors are pink, red and purple, also orange. I love Florida and traveling and want to get another motorhome eventually. (Not expecting anyone to get me a motorhome but anything that helps you know me, helps you to...know me.) I love to read mysteries, mainly Carol Lea Benjamin and Earlene Fowler, but I don't need any books, but if anyone else needs books and can get to Florence, I have a gazillion to give away. I love arts and crafts and my favorite craft to do is collage. I love little "stuff" like Scrabble letters, board game pieces, dominos, any little "stuff" that can be put into a collage. Oh, and dislikes! Since I have very, very severe allergies, I wouldn't want anything scented like candles or perfumes. So don't forget to put in your dislikes too! Anything that helps us to get to know you and the things you like. The big things too. Like I put motorhomes and quilts, even though I naturally would not expect anyone to get me a motorhome or quilt, but we might see an article in a magazine about motorhomes, or a little piece of interesting fabric, see? Whew! I know this is a lot of information, but the more stuff we can learn about you, the better it will be to figure out stuff to do for the not so secret pal. I love the idea of the not so secret pal because that way we don't have to be just narrowed down to one person and if someone is having a rough time, we can all send little cards, notes, whatever to whoever's needing special care. On the other hand, we need to make sure we don't leave anyone out. Since we're all friends here and we all love each other and no one is being mean on this list, we all should do well, don't you think? Anyway, if you will email me all your information...as soon as I get everyone's stuff, I will mail you all out a list of everyone's info. and we can start having fun! We don't need to worry about spending a lot of money or putting ourselves in financial jeopardy over this. But everyone loves getting a little something in the mail on occasion...other than those danged bills! Love ya'll! Joni
