Submitting Statistics to INS Co?

Ok so i'm in the process of getting everything ready to submit to the Insurance co. I have been doing a lot of reading on Obesity among Mexican-American women and came across some statistics. A lot of it has to do with the health problems most Hispanic women have presently or in the future due to obesity and since my only comorbidity is high cholesteral Could this be something that i can include when i submit all my info to the insurance co? I want to be aggressive from the begining. I don't want to give them a chance to say no. I want them to see the kind of health issues i am or will be at risk for.
