Denied a second time

Well I have been denied twice by my insurance company. I have not received the second letter yet to see their specific reasons, but I know my policy listed it as an exclusion, and I spoke to one of the customer service reps today. I hate insurance companies!!! Not sure what to do now! I have been advised to try VR, so hoping to have better luck with them!! Any other suggestions will be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Kelli
