Kaiser, Norcal??

hi!!! i'm starting the approval process all over with kaiser,( my other insurance sucked!!) so I have all of my pre- op done already. any ideas on how long this may take after my initial appt. with my PCP? I've been hearing about healthy living classes? do they still do that? thanks in advance! -sara

Yes they have some sort of diet that you have to follow through their own program. AND, do yourself a favor make sure you send everything in certified mail twice.
