BC/BS of DE PPO

Has anyone used BCBS of DE PPO?? What to expect?

I have BC of Penn. I know that with them their requirements are you have to be on a doctor monitored diet for at least 6 months, and the doctor has to give premission. Beyond that I'm not sure.
