BCBS wellmark

Did anyone get approved by this insurance? Just started the process. Did anyone have lapro bypass surgery? Linda P. - Lake in the Hills, Il. (Going to Barix in Belvidere)

Linda, Welcome to the journey. I have heard that several have been approved by BCBS but I am not sure on the exact plan with wellmark. You may just want to call the number on your card and ask if it is an approved surgery, if they tell you "no" then ask them if they doctor deems it medically necessary would it be covered. Differnet insurance handle your questions differently and sometimes you have to pull it out of them. Good Luck. Kendall Cigna POS.
