BCBS/DE - Suggestions for Getting Approval for Tummy Tuck

I have BCBS/DE (or Carefirst or whatever they are calling themselves this week.) I am down 90 pounds since 05-05 and am seriously considering getting these procedures. I know BCBS will approve the breast surgery because I have the bra strap indentations and such. Any tips on convincing them on the tummy tuck?

I have heard that most are able to get those types of surgeries approved when you are having continual rashes and yeast infections due to the excess skin. My aunt and cousin both had theirs done this way.
