Kaiser

I am currently handling a few Kaiser appeals, and one in particular has become very unbelievably stressful. We have 3 fax confirmations, an affidavit of service from the assistant and myself, and two taped telephone conversations with Kaiser essentially admitting to receiving the documents they claim they never received. If anyone here has had or is having this problem with Kaiser please email me and let me know if you would like. I am dealing with the State Insurance Department and would like to apprise them of any other situations like this. Also, if my client decides to sue Kaiser I would like to make sure she has other instances of this type of behavior as further ammunition against them. I know most companies pull this type of nonsense. It is very common to hear either we don't have your papers or even if you have proof you sent them we didn't receive everything. But it seems that some companies are more apt to do this type of thing then others. Thank you. Gary
