Nyhart - Should I be proactive?????

Hi, Med. records and predetermination letter has arrived and was sent on to "medical review team" today. My question is: Should I be proactive and fax the letter from our doc to the medical review team. so they have it now, rather than waiting another month to see if approved or not? This WLS is for my daughter for is 18, 325lbs with a BMI of 50.3. Thanks for any input you may have !! Katesmom Melissa
