Doc said yes Vista insurance said no!!!!!!

Hello is there anyone who has Vista. My Doctor told me to think about having this surgery. I told her my insurance doesn't cover it. She said if it is medically necessary and she request it. So i thought and thought. I have spent a lot of time researching and reading profiles. Now i decided i would like to go forth. My insurance said no. Not even for medically reason. What to do?
