"obesity" vs. "morbid obesity"

My doctor told me the difference and I noticed someone had an exclusion that included "morbid obesity". My exclusion does not use "morbid obesity" just "obesity"... Does this mean I have a good chance? thanks!

i also have the same exclusion. I talked to a lawyer in Cali who said that wording can make a difference in some cases. My exclusion is for treatment of obesity but not limited to surgery. Where i fall into the morbid obesity category. You may want to look for an obesity lawyer. I didnt follow up with the other one because im in ohio.
