Lawyer recommendations/ warnings ??

I know heather H, and her bug up her butt about Gary, I also know from her private email that she is mad that his assistance charged her credit card the full amount by mistake and that as soon as he offered to refund you heather, HE GOT YOU APPROVED!!! I wonder if you would have paid the balance had he refunded the difference and waited the extra time for you to pay. I also emailed cynthia, her problem was that as soon as her insurance company hired a lawyer she chickened out and didn't let gary finish the job DESPITE his promise that HE WOULD DO IT FOR FREE and you were wrong. Instead as you said to me in my email, you were afraid they would DUMP YOU and listened to some so called advocate and told him as you told me you'd rather wait 12 months like they said then fight them LAST YEAR?? See, I email people with these complaints and I can post your stories cause they're true and I'm not slandering anyone because I have copies of your responses to me. IN the meantime I'd suggest that if someone questions a lawyer, any lawyer they ask the lawyer himself or herself and if you have only negative moronic comments to make from hidden emails then you keep your mouth shut. I was approved, like hundreds others with no problem. I wasn't worried about a billing error or lawyers fighting us. So we won. Problem with that? I see that our posts have been pulled. I realize this more than likely will be as well, but I have to defend myself against slander. For Ellen Breslin: First off, I have NEVER have had any contact with this Ellen Breslin person. I have not emailed her EVER ! Secondly, the only people I have conversed with, concerning this subject, were Heather H. and Kix co,(unless Ellen is one of these people in cognito, and lying about who she is, again I've never had contact with her) and that was in private emails on our experiences with this journey. I have been fighting (and still am fighting ) for this surgery for nearly 2 years and 9 months have been with Gary V. I also paid Gary V. IN FULL and up front, before ANYTHING was even filed. Thirdly, I NEVER EVER EVER said those things Ellen has stated! None of what she has said about me/my case is true! I have saved my "sent" and "received" emails and I CAN prove this. I realize emails can be tampered with, but I also know that ISP's have copies of all emails that come through their servers, and being that my email is my personal domain/server, I can get the original copies of just what I had said, if anyone has any doubts. All I am guilty of is sharing MY personal experiences with others and in PRIVATE, NO LESS, and last I knew that wasn't against the law. Ellen you say you haven't slandered me, because you have copies of my responses, well my dear, please forward them my way as I will print them out and have my personal attorney handle this situation. I am not sure of what has transpired in the last 24 hours but I received a really strange e-mail from someone named Ellen who seems to have some issues. As I stated in my missing post, I used Gary Viscio for my appeal. I am happy to share my xperience with anyone who may have questions, however, I think it is more appropriate to share the info via e-mail instead of a public board.
