Employer Exclusion

I need sample letters from people who appealed their employers exclusion on their policy please. Thanks, Lisa

Lisa, If you get anyone to respond to you on this will you also have them send me a copy, or would you send me a copy? These companies say they are family friendly, but do not care if we are unable to be with our families ( to be a live) or if we have a life with our families being able to do things with them. The companies who have these exclusions do not seem to understand we pay the insurance premiums just as much as others do. They will pay if a person has cancer, and help to cure them so they can live a long and healthy life. They will fix a broken arm, but those of us who have other issues that they seem to think are our own faults, those of us who they seem to think should be able to control it.. they have their exclusions. Little do they understand a drunk can stop drinking and never have to drink again, NEVER! a Smoker can stop smoking and never smoke again. Again NEVER! But we can not stop eating, Can they say it is our fault we have to eat? Can they say YOU NEVER have to eat again, if you stop eating, and never eat again, you will be healthy? NO we will die, I am so mad, I do not mean to vent, but we are not second class people, we are wonderful people who need the same kind of love help and understanding as the others do, but we are kicked aside, and told it is our own fault. When it is not.. it is who we are, and we are only asking for help just as the insured with cancer is asking for help. Just as the person with a broken arm is only asking for help, They did not ask for cancer, they did not ask for a broken arm, and I do not know about you, but Darn it I did not ask to be over weight, I did not ask to be almost 200 pounds over weight. So if you find a way to get help to get this exclusion taken off please let me know.. Thank you and take care.
