PHCS MD plan

I have just been denied AGAIN by my husband's new insurance company. PHCS follows "federal guidelines" and has any weight loss help including gastric bypass surgery as an EXCLUSION! With absolutely no exceptions to change it.

He doesn't work for Dewberry does he........ Yes, the fed rules (ERISA) say they can exclude anything as long as they exclude everyone the same way.... I may just have to quit my job......
