woohoo I am getting banded!!!

I can not believe that I am writing This. After a long year of battles with Aetna the denial was over turned in a 3rd partry review. This was a self funded plan so Do not give up there is hope. I really did not think that I would be getting the band. I even made an appointment to start going for the Bypass. I will say that having a lawyer fighting along with you is a big help. I would not have been able to do this on my own. Thanks for all you have done Gary!!!! For a lawyer you're ok...lol August 29th will be my date as long as I do not have to repeat any of my tests. Keep fighting those insurance companies. Don't give up. Amy
