HORIZON BC/BS OF NJ TRADITIONAL PLAN APPROVAL?

I suffer from allergy, (breathing problem), for which I take allegra D, singulair, and naso nex spray daily. Does anyone know if this is a comorbidity? I also take medication for high cholesterol and for HBP. I hope I get approve from BC/BS since my BMI is 39. I'll appreciate any feedback on the subject.

Ask your Doctor if having WLS will improve your breathing problems and if so then get a letter stating so. Have you been tested for Sleep Apnea? If you have sleep apnea then having WLS more then likely will clear that up. Donna 338/201 -137
