Venting

I have Blue Cross Blue Sheild ppo and United Health Care PPO. I called bcbs to see where I was in the application process. I was told they had nothing. So they opened a claim for me. I called Dr office and was told they did not have a response yet. I told them bcbs told me they had no paper work from Dr. The person I spoke to told me that they could not get thru phone line with bcbs ..So that means in the last 2 weeks my paper work has been sitting in dr office.

I WOULD BE PISSED!! Why must they get through by phone? Tellt them to over night the paper work or better yet let you have copies and you'll over night the paper work so you know it gets there. People don't understand they are playing with our lifes, not their owns. Donna 338/217 -221
