United Health Care (ChoicePlus) Written Exclusion Policy

I am getting ready to do battle with United Health Care and their written exclusion policy on weight loss surgery. Has any one fought this battle and won? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Keisha! I also have UHC and I am fighting a direct exclusion in my policy. I hired Gary (the obesity lawyer) to help me and my appeal is due on the 17th of this month. I would say it is worth fighting those exclusions are funny. I refuse to let them tell me "Hell No!" I am going to fight for my health.
