I was denied

I have Blue Cross Blue Shields of Delaware. Well we sent in every thing but the Cardiac and Pulmunary test. We were just waiting for the insurance to ok the test. I was sent a paper from them telling me that I was denied because I didn't have the Cardiac and Pulmonary test. They said I could appeal it. I am very upset with them. Also they said if I appeal it I will have to have another phycologist clearance. I paid this out of my own pocket .I can't afford that again.

You shouldn't have to appeal if they are missing information. Send in the Cardiac and Pulm test and have them review it again. Cindy K

I agree with cindy,send in the missing information. And as far as psychology approval having to be redone I have never heard of that . I was denied initially and on first appeal and asked my surgeons office would I have to go through all the testing again and they said absolutely not. So send that info in and good luck! Lorie
